General Information:
- Metal: Steel is an alloy of iron and carbon, with a carbon content of less than 2%. Steel has properties that vary depending on the chemical composition (quantity of carbon and abundance of other alloying elements), the thermosetting treatments and the production process. Ethimo steel is subjected to a complex corrosion-protection and painting treatment to ensure rust resistance. Thermosetting epoxy powders enriched with scratchproof material (Teflon) are used for painting. UV resistance is guaranteed for ten years.
- Teak: The hard yellowish-brown teak wood is used primarily for furniture and shipbuilding. Ethimo teak comes from controlled forest plantations in Thailand and Indonesia. The result is an excellent, high-quality material ideal for outdoor furniture and is particularly resistant to temperature, water, humidity, and saltwater changes.
