Major Shipping Changes and Delays

Hi Everyone,

Today, we are writing to explain why so many orders have been late or delayed.

We have had issues with the last three shipping companies we have shipped with for several reasons, including damage, delays on the ocean, and unnecessary paperwork or fees passed onto you, our customers.

With products of the highest quality, we want our service and shipping to match that quality. We are hopefully very close to finalizing a shipping company that can meet all of our needs.

Sorting these issues out has led to more delays, and we are very sorry about this. We have tried our best to contact everyone affected by these delays. If you have a delayed order and are not in contact with us, please reach out. We will do our best to rectify the situation.

In the meantime, we are very sorry about the situation. We are working toward a more accessible and reliable shipping process for everyone.
