Materials:
- Mechanism or structure: High-resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld-mesh (sofabed only), fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with two simple movements (sofabed only).
- Mattress standard (sofabed only): Interior "Bonnel" springing made of a 2,20 mm. hardened steel; expanded polyurethane foam 25 Kg/m3 density; 100% cotton fabric quilted with 100% polyester fibre g 200/m2 and non-woven; 100% cotton fabric band.
- Frame: Solid fir and poplar plywood. Legs: Solid "beech" wood wengé finish, option metal, black chrome finish.
- Padding: Seat: feather + down, inner liner, expanded polyurethane foam CMHR 35 Kg/m3 and needle-punched thermo-fixed fibre 400g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted inner liner. Back: feather + down and expanded polyurethane foam 21 Kg/m3 covered with polyester/cotton canvas. Frame: Expanded polyurethane foam, 30 Kg/m3; resinated polyester fibre 100 gr./m2 combined with inner liner.
